Disk space is one of the most common resources that customers exceed. As a reseller, you can monitor disk usage across all accounts to prevent issues and plan capacity.

Viewing Overall Disk Usage

  1. Log in to Plesk.
  2. Go to Home.
  3. The dashboard shows total disk space used vs. allocated across your reseller account.

Viewing Per-Customer Disk Usage

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. The disk usage column shows each customer storage consumption.
  3. Click a customer name to see a detailed breakdown (websites, databases, mail, backups).

Important Notes

  • Disk usage includes website files, databases, email, and backups.
  • If a customer is approaching their limit, notify them before services are disrupted.

Troubleshooting

Disk usage seems incorrect:

  • Run the Plesk statistics utility or wait for the next daily update.
