Disk space is one of the most common resources that customers exceed. As a reseller, you can monitor disk usage across all accounts to prevent issues and plan capacity.
Viewing Overall Disk Usage
- Log in to Plesk.
- Go to Home.
- The dashboard shows total disk space used vs. allocated across your reseller account.
Viewing Per-Customer Disk Usage
- Go to Customers.
- The disk usage column shows each customer storage consumption.
- Click a customer name to see a detailed breakdown (websites, databases, mail, backups).
Important Notes
- Disk usage includes website files, databases, email, and backups.
- If a customer is approaching their limit, notify them before services are disrupted.
Troubleshooting
Disk usage seems incorrect:
- Run the Plesk statistics utility or wait for the next daily update.
