By default, customers log in at https://yourdomain.com:8443. You can set up a custom login URL that is easier for customers to remember and more professional.

Setting a Custom Login URL

  1. Log in to Plesk.
  2. Go to Tools & Settings → Branding.
  3. Under Login Page Branding, find the login URL settings.
  4. Enter your preferred login URL text or configure a custom domain.
  5. Click OK.

Alternatively, set up a subdomain like panel.yourdomain.com that redirects to the Plesk login page.

Important Notes

  • Port 8443 must still be accessible for the login to work.
  • Some hosting providers offer a proxy domain that hides the port number.

Troubleshooting

Custom URL not working:

  • Ensure the subdomain DNS is properly configured and pointing to the server.
  • Check that port 8443 is not blocked by a firewall.
