Plesk sends various email notifications to customers (account creation, subscription expiry, etc.). You can customise these templates to match your brand and include your own messaging.
Customising Email Templates
- Log in to Plesk.
- Go to Tools & Settings → Notifications (or Mail Server Settings).
- Browse the list of available notification templates.
- Click a template to edit it.
- Modify the subject line and body text as needed.
- You can use variables like
<customer_name>,<domain>, and<login_url>to personalise emails. - Click OK to save.
Important Notes
- Keep email templates professional and include your company contact details.
- Test email templates by sending a test notification before making changes live.
Troubleshooting
Notifications are not visible:
- Your hosting provider may manage notification templates. Contact support.
Customers are not receiving notifications:
- Check that the mail server is working correctly and that notification emails are not being filtered as spam.
