Subscriptions can be synced or locked relative to their service plan. This determines whether plan changes automatically apply.

Synced Subscriptions

  • Properties match the service plan.
  • Automatically receive plan changes.
  • Default state for new subscriptions.

Locked Subscriptions

  • Created when you click Customize on a subscription.
  • Do NOT receive plan updates.
  • Can be synced back manually.

Best Practices

  • Keep most subscriptions synced for easier management.
  • Only customize when a specific customer needs unique settings.

Troubleshooting

Plan update not applying:

  • Click Sync on the subscription to apply plan changes.

"Sync failed":

  • The plan includes features not available to your reseller. Contact your hosting provider.
