Subscriptions can be synced or locked relative to their service plan. This determines whether plan changes automatically apply.
Synced Subscriptions
- Properties match the service plan.
- Automatically receive plan changes.
- Default state for new subscriptions.
Locked Subscriptions
- Created when you click Customize on a subscription.
- Do NOT receive plan updates.
- Can be synced back manually.
Best Practices
- Keep most subscriptions synced for easier management.
- Only customize when a specific customer needs unique settings.
Troubleshooting
Plan update not applying:
- Click Sync on the subscription to apply plan changes.
"Sync failed":
- The plan includes features not available to your reseller. Contact your hosting provider.
