Understanding Your Resource Limits
As a reseller, your hosting provider allocates a pool of resources. These are shared among all your customers:
- Maximum disk space: Total storage for all your customers combined.
- Maximum traffic: Total monthly bandwidth for all customers.
- Maximum websites: Total number of websites you can host.
- Maximum domains: Total number of domains across all customers.
- Maximum mail accounts: Total email accounts across all customers.
Monitor these limits on the Home page. If you approach a limit, contact your hosting provider to discuss upgrades.
Important Notes
- Your reseller resources are shared across all customers. Plan your allocations carefully.
- Service plans define what resources and permissions each customer receives.
- The features available to you depend on your reseller plan and what your hosting provider has enabled.
