As a reseller, you can log in to any of your customer Plesk accounts to troubleshoot issues, check configurations, or assist with support requests. This is done without needing the customer password.
Logging In as a Customer
- Log in to Plesk with your reseller credentials.
- Go to Customers.
- Find the customer account.
- Click the Log in as customer icon (a key or user icon) next to the customer name.
- Plesk will open a new session showing the customer control panel.
- You can now manage the customer account as if you were the customer.
Returning to Your Reseller Session
- Click the Back to previous user link (usually at the top of the page or in the user menu).
- Alternatively, log out and log back in with your reseller credentials.
Important Notes
- Any changes you make while logged in as a customer are applied immediately.
- The customer will not be notified that you logged in to their account.
- Use this feature responsibly — always inform customers before accessing their accounts.
Troubleshooting
"Log in as customer" option is not visible:
- Your hosting provider may have disabled this feature. Contact support.
"Access denied" when trying to log in as customer:
- The customer account may be suspended. Activate it first, then try again.
