Deleting a customer permanently removes their account, all subscriptions, websites, email accounts, databases, and backups. This action cannot be undone. Use this guide only when you are certain the customer data is no longer needed.
Before Deleting a Customer
- Back up the customer data — download website files, export databases, and export emails before deletion.
- Inform the customer that their account will be deleted.
Deleting a Customer
- Log in to Plesk.
- Go to Customers.
- Select the checkbox next to the customer account.
- Click Remove.
- Confirm by clicking Yes.
All customer data including websites, databases, email, and subscriptions will be permanently removed. The freed resources will be returned to your reseller pool.
Important Notes
- Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
- All backups associated with the customer subscriptions are deleted from Plesk storage.
- Consider suspending the account first if you are unsure about deletion.

- Unlock the subscription first, or contact your hosting provider.
