As a reseller, you can view all domains hosted across all your customer accounts from a single page. This is useful for managing DNS, checking SSL status, and monitoring domain health.

Viewing All Domains

  1. Log in to Plesk.
  2. Go to Domains.
  3. A list of all domains across your customers will appear, including:
    • Domain name
    • Associated customer
    • Subscription status
    • SSL certificate status
    • Hosting type
  4. Use the search bar to filter domains by name or customer. For SSL status across all domains, see How to Check SSL Certificate Status Across Plesk Customer Domains.
  5. Click a domain name to manage its settings (DNS, hosting, SSL).

Important Notes

  • Domains shown here include all domains from all your customers and your own subscriptions.
  • Only domains registered through Plesk or added via subscriptions are shown.

Troubleshooting

Domain shows as "Not resolved":

  • The domain DNS is not pointing to the server. Update DNS records at the registrar.
